1. What Kin-Keepers.ai is

Kin-Keepers.ai provides reusable care templates and configurable AI care roles that help families, caregivers, remote workers, and Kin-Keepers coordinate elder-care workflows. Templates can be discovered, saved, customized, tested, and activated within a Family Circle.

2. Not medical advice

Kin-Keepers.ai is a care-coordination tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. Templates and AI care roles do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified care professional for medical decisions, and contact emergency services in an emergency.

AI-generated drafts, summaries, and reminders are assistance for human judgment — not a replacement for it. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or sharing it.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for individuals aged 18 or older.

4. Care data and permissions

When you connect care information (profiles, medications, care notes, schedules, family contacts) to a template, you confirm you have the right to share that information. Templates only access the tools and fields you grant them, and actions such as sending notifications require the approvals you configure.

5. Templates you create and publish

You retain ownership of templates you build. By publishing a template to the marketplace, you grant Kin-Keepers.ai and other users a license to view, clone, and adapt it. Do not publish templates containing personal information, harmful instructions, or content you do not have the right to share.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to bypass safety boundaries or approval rules, using templates to harass or deceive, scraping or reselling platform data, or interfering with the service's operation.

7. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect active care workflows.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kin-Keepers.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your private templates and saved data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
